Classroom of the Future

The Classroom of the Future event took place on March 19 – 20, 2025 at Tallahassee State College Center for Innovation! The Florida K-12 AI Task Force hosted this event to bring together key stakeholders, including K–college educators, industry leaders, researchers, students, and policymakers from Florida to shape the future of AI learning in our state. Our goal is to engage in the community in a broader discussion on AI ethics and responsible use, provide adaptable strategies for AI integration, explore the future of AI-powered education, strengthen school resources, infrastructure, and skills, and enhance understanding of AI concepts in K-12 schools.

This dynamic event aims to bring together a wide range of stakeholders, including educators, researchers, policymakers, philanthropists, and industry partners, to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in PreK-12 education. We’ll explore critical topics such as AI’s impact on teaching and learning, ethical considerations, policy implications, and the future of educational research and development. Engage in stimulating discussions with thought leaders, alongside renowned academics and educators, as we chart a course for responsible AI integration in PreK-12 education.
